Applicants can also qualify for the Dominica Citizenship by Investment Program by investing in government-approved real estate valued at a minimum of USD 200,000. The property becomes eligible for resale after three years if citizenship has been granted, or after five years if the subsequent buyer also seeks citizenship through the investment program.
